Our program provides day trading education focused on chart reading, price action, volume analysis, fundamental and technical analysis, and trading strategies. Tools provided may include charting algos, momentum scanners, live news broadcasts, AI-assisted alerts, downloadable resources including trade journals, trade planners, real-time chat, private access to our Discord channel, and mentoring.
This course is designed to teach you how to analyze the market and make informed trading decisions. However, we do not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, nor do we make guarantees of success, profitability, or specific trading results.
All information, tools, commentary, examples, and educational materials are provided for educational purposes only. Past performance, examples, screenshots, replay reviews, or testimonials do not guarantee future results.
Risk Acknowledgment
Day trading involves significant risk, and many traders lose money. The strategies, tools, and educational materials we teach are meant to help you develop skills, but ultimately, your trading decisions are your own.
You are solely responsible for any trades you choose to enter, exit, hold, avoid, or manage. You should only trade with money you can afford to lose.
We encourage all students to practice, study, paper trade, review, and refine their strategies before trading with real funds.
No Refunds Policy
Due to the digital nature of this course, all sales are final. Once access to training materials, tools, Discord resources, mentoring, downloads, or other digital resources has been granted, no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
By purchasing this program, you acknowledge and agree that you are receiving immediate access to digital education, tools, resources, and/or community access, and that your purchase is non-refundable.
Enrollment & Participation
We reserve the right to decline enrollment or revoke access to individuals who do not adhere to our policies, disrespect our professional boundaries, misuse the provided materials, disrupt the community, share private content, or violate the intended purpose of the program.
Access to Momentum Stock Traders materials, Discord channels, tools, mentoring, downloads, and educational resources is intended for the purchaser only and may not be copied, shared, resold, redistributed, or provided to others without written permission.
Private Discord access is provided as part of the Momentum Stock Traders mentoring experience for members who remain in good standing and follow the Discord Community Guidelines. Daily institutional levels, watchlists, preparation, alerts, and live market commentary are delivered exclusively through the private Discord mentoring environment and are not separately provided to members whose Discord access has been removed under these Terms. Momentum Stock Traders is a mentoring and educational program. Live Discord content—including daily preparation, institutional levels, alerts, commentary, and discussion—is provided as part of the active mentoring environment and is not sold as a separate stand-alone service. Because Discord is a live, member-driven environment that may include real-time alerts, proprietary price levels, trade discussion, mentoring commentary, and private member communication, Discord participation is governed by the server guidelines posted inside Discord. Those guidelines may include additional rules for conduct, privacy, outside links, recruiting, advertising, confidentiality, and continued access to private channels. Access to the private Discord is a revocable community privilege provided to members in good standing and is not a guaranteed or vested property right. Continued participation requires ongoing compliance with these Terms and the Discord Community Guidelines.
Discord access may be modified, limited, suspended, or removed if a member violates community guidelines, misuses private content, shares or redistributes proprietary materials, advertises or recruits without approval, disrupts the community, or notifies us that they are leaving the mentoring program, leaving the community, or stepping away from trading indefinitely. This does not necessarily remove access to purchased training materials, tools, or member website resources unless those resources are also misused or these Terms are otherwise violated.
